SMS Privacy

When you opt in to receive SMS communications from Love VET LLC, we may collect your mobile phone number, messaging preferences, opt-in information, and information related to your interactions with our messages.

We use this information to provide order notifications, shipping and delivery updates, account notifications, customer service communications, and other messages you have requested.

Mobile information, including mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent information, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

1. Purpose of the SMS Program

The TourayLand Order & Administrative Notifications program is an internal transactional and administrative messaging service.

The program is used to notify authorized TourayLand owners, administrators, and employees when activity requiring their attention occurs on TourayLand.com, including when a new customer order is received.

This SMS program is not intended to send marketing or promotional messages to TourayLand customers.

2. Information We Collect

When an authorized TourayLand administrator or employee enrolls in the SMS program, TourayLand may collect:

• Mobile telephone number
• Name or administrator account information
• SMS opt-in and consent status
• Date and method of consent
• SMS opt-out status
• Message delivery and related technical information

This information is collected only as necessary to administer and operate the TourayLand SMS notification program.

3. How We Use Mobile Information

Mobile information collected through this program is used to:

• Send new-order alerts
• Send transactional or administrative notifications
• Confirm enrollment in the SMS program
• Process HELP and STOP requests
• Maintain records of SMS consent
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the messaging service

TourayLand does not use enrollment in this program to enroll recipients in unrelated marketing or promotional messaging.

4. SMS Consent and Mobile Information

• Participation in the TourayLand SMS program is voluntary.
• Authorized recipients must expressly consent before receiving recurring SMS notifications.
• Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• All other categories of information sharing described by TourayLand exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Information may be processed by service providers acting on TourayLand's behalf when necessary to provide the SMS messaging service, operate our systems, maintain security, or comply with applicable law. Such processing does not authorize those providers to use SMS consent or mobile information for their own marketing purposes.

5. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on TourayLand order activity and administrative events.

Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient's mobile carrier and service plan.

6. Opting Out

• Recipients may withdraw their consent at any time.
• Text STOP to the TourayLand short code to stop receiving messages from the TourayLand Order & Administrative Notifications program.
• After an opt-out request is processed, TourayLand will discontinue SMS messages associated with the program unless the recipient subsequently provides new consent.

7. Help

• Recipients may text HELP to the TourayLand short code for assistance with the SMS program.
• Additional assistance may be obtained through TourayLand.com.

8. Data Security and Retention

TourayLand uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect mobile information and SMS consent records from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

SMS enrollment and consent information may be retained as reasonably necessary to operate the program, document consent, honor opt-out requests, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, and resolve disputes.

9. Third-Party Messaging Provider

TourayLand may use telecommunications and messaging service providers, including Twilio, to transmit and manage SMS communications.

These providers process information as necessary to deliver and support the messaging service. TourayLand does not authorize these providers to use TourayLand SMS opt-in information or consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Changes to This Policy

TourayLand may update this SMS Campaign Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes to our messaging program, technology, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The effective date at the top of this policy will indicate when the policy was last updated.
